Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states from our warehouse in Arlington, Virginia. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Cost
- Free on orders over $75.
- $6.95 flat rate on orders under $75, however many bags are in the cart.
- No surcharge for a residential address or a rural route.
How long it takes
- Most orders leave the warehouse the same or next working day.
- East coast addresses usually arrive 2 to 3 days after dispatch, west coast 4 to 6 days.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
What arrives
Bags ship assembled, folded flat in a poly mailer or a box depending on size. Nothing needs building. The 45 L and 50 L packs arrive with the hip belt fitted and the compression straps loose, so tighten them before you load them. The wheeled 30 L pack ships in a box rather than a mailer because of the handle.
Customs and country of origin
Every product carries its country of origin and its customs classification code in our system, so international paperwork is correct if you later forward a bag overseas yourself. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Spare parts
Replacement buckles, sternum clips, strap keepers and zip pulls are posted free, first class, for the life of the bag. Email us the part and we send it, warranty or not, receipt or not.
Missing or damaged on arrival
Open the parcel within a few days even if you are not using the bag yet. If something is damaged, email us photos and we send a replacement at no cost, with no need to return the first one until the new one arrives.
