What to include when you write to us
- Your laptop make and screen size.
- What else goes in on a normal day.
- How long you are usually out, and whether you fly with it.
- Your height, so we can check the torso length.
- Whether you walk or cycle in the rain with it.
Response times
Emails on a working day are normally answered the same day and always within one working day. If you need an answer before you order, call instead of writing.
Spare parts
Email us which part broke, with a photo if it helps, and we post a replacement free. Buckles, sternum clips, strap keepers and zip pulls are all stocked. This applies for the life of the bag, not just the warranty, and you do not need a receipt.
Kids packs
The two kids packs are sized by age rather than by torso. Tell us the child's age and roughly what they carry and we will say which one, and whether the chest strap version is worth it.
Bulk and team orders
Above ten bags we quote trade pricing and can hold delivery until a date you choose. Useful for a class, a new starter kit or a conference. Send a count and a date.
